For the second consecutive year, the city of La Tuque will host the "12 heures d'endurocross ELKA Suspension".

In an effort of getting a hold of as many Quebec race enthusiasts as possible, the organizing committee has decided to join two disciplines, being the quad and the endurocross.

The endurocross will be raced in three waves in teams of two or three pilots with only one vehicle of a minimale engine size of 100 cm3 et of a maximum of 1,000 cm3. The first wave start will be given on the saturday at 14h00 and will end at 18h00. The second wave will begin at 22h00 on saturday as well, and will end at 2h00. Finally, the last wave will start at 13h00 on sunday and will end at 17h00. In this catergory 75% of the registrations will be awarded in prizes to the participants.

All new this year, the organizing committee as well as the major sponsors will be offering a "Miss 12 heures" contest.

The week-end will begin on the friday night with festivities downtown including the presentation of the quad racers and the endurocross team qualifications with the tire changing. The opening night will end with a concert.
